“Workplace Attraction and Retention”

From: 9.00 am to 4.00pm

This forum is for anyone who has an involvement in recruitment for a homelessness assistance, community housing or family violence program.

Whether you are a Manager, Coordinator, HR specialist or Board of Management member, you will find this forum a “must.”

Workplace Attraction and Retention

Come join us and find out how it is being done!

Workshops on:

* Attracting a diverse workforce – the migrant resource centre perspective

* Using a student placement model to attract workers

* Developing a well-being strategy in the workplace

* The Workforce Capabilities Framework – Rosalie Flynn, Precision Consulting

*How the framework was adapted at GEGAC

(Gippsland and East Gippsland Aboriginal Co-operative)

* Evidence from VCOSS research.

Cost $40 (plus $3.65 *booking fee) with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided.
